Dr. Shanesia Davis is a distinguished expert in developing high-performing leaders, known for her ability to build strong cultures, cultivate highly productive teams, and lead successful change management initiatives. With over 15 years of experience spanning roles from teacher to principal to district leader to Chief Talent Officer, Dr. Davis brings a wealth of knowledge in leadership development and organizational excellence.

As Founder and CEO of U & ME Consulting, she partners with mission-driven organizations to design systems that foster inclusive leadership, sustainable talent practices, and bold, people-centered change.

Dr. Davis is especially skilled in designing mechanisms for self-improvement rooted in emotional intelligence (EQ), empowering individuals to take ownership of their growth and drive positive change within their organizations. Her leadership philosophy centers around building environments where people feel both supported and accountable, ultimately fueling personal and organizational transformation.

She holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and a Master's in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, Dr. Davis leads with service, purpose, and passion. Her “why” is to equip others with the confidence and tools to activate their innate power and reach their fullest potential in work, in leadership, and in life.
